Starting point
Review of the applicant's documentary background, career, and education; explanation of the scope of the document preparation service and its terms.
Guidance for preparing the EB-2 NIW résumé and, if no proposed endeavor has been outlined yet, a guiding questionnaire to complete before Phase 2.
Begin document preparation, consider the proposal, or not proceed.
Evidence review

Development of the technical format from the client's draft, or presentation of alternative structuring approaches.
Final proposal reviewed and approved by the client.
Assembly and filing
To assemble the document package, check spelling and signatures on the forms filled out by the client, and prepare the file.
Physical file ready to be sent to USCIS, plus a complete digital copy for the client.
Final preparation takes place once the client has reviewed and approved the documentation.
